We want to know your career goals and aspirations. Tell us about your skills, experience, and the kind of opportunity you’re seeking, and we will find the position you desire at a company where you can flourish. We are with you every step of the way throughout the interview process to help you find the best role for your career.

Tips for a Great Interview

1: Do your homework

It’s important to know a bit about the company that you’re interviewing with, such as their products, reviewing their financials, do divisions/subsidiaries, read through press releases for current happenings. Knowing a bit about the organization will help you better tailor your answers to their environment.

2: Prepare a list of questions

Be prepared with a comprehensive list of questions to demonstrate you did your homework. Craft questions based on the job description, what is important to you as well as your strengths. This sends the message that you’re truly interested in the opportunity. In all the years that I’ve been recruiting, this is the most mentioned criteria where someone did or didn’t do well in an interview.

3: Share specific examples

It’s easy for anyone to say they have experience in something mentioned in the job description. Take your answer a step further by sharing a specific example of your experience. This really helps to paint a picture and can help the manager better envision your work experience fitting into their environment.

4: Send a follow up thank you to each person who interviewed you

While certain managers may not place significance on thank-you notes, omitting one for someone who values it could impact their assessment of you. Expressing gratitude not only demonstrates courtesy for their time but also provides another chance for you to highlight why you're an excellent fit for the role and reiterate your keen interest in the opportunity.
